How to install and fix Eye-CareU is not working issue

  1. Please go to the product page of Eye-CareU > Spec firstly to check the compatible OS and BenQ models in the Main specifications. And can check the latest software version in the All specifications.
  2. After completing the installation of Eye-CareU, you could also check the latest software version in Settings > Help, and note that the "Auto update" is selected to update it automatically.
  3. You could check the latest software version in Eye-CareU (Settings & Help) and ensure it's the same as the latest version released on the BenQ website.
  4. If it's not the latest version, please uninstall and install it again.
  5. Please note that you should use Type-C to Type-C or Type-C to DP cable only if you're using MacOS.
  6. Suggest removing the docking or adapter if it's connected to the monitor.
