Sydney, Australia — September 14th, 2016 — BenQ Australia is proud to announce that The Renegades have been selected to represent Australia in the upcoming ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Asia CS:GO 2016 tournament in Shanghai, China.
The ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND tournament will feature ZOWIE, the brand that represent’s BenQ’s commitment to eSports, as the title sponsor and official monitor provider in the upcoming tournament.
The Renegades, whose All-Australian line-up has been competing in the U.S. as part of the North American Pro League, will fly to Shanghai to compete against the finest teams in the Asia-Pacific region, competing for a total prize pool of US$100,000. ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Asia CS:GO 2016 will be held in China from September 22nd-25th.
The Renegades will face off against 15 of the best teams in the Oceanic region, including ranked veterans VG.CyberZen, The MongolZ, EHOME and All Gamers.
As a title sponsor, all ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Asia CS:GO 2016 matches will be played with monitors provided by BenQ ZOWIE to ensure that all competitors will play without any compromise in their performance.
