▶ Our Challenge The distance between keys and the music stand on a grand piano is greater, so no current lamps can evenly light both areas. ▶ How We Achieve an Illumination Surpassing Concert Hall Standard? PianoLight Grand divides light into two. One, directed through a special light cup and convex lens, ensures that all keys meet 300 lux*. The other uses high-reflectivity reflector and diffuser to provide uniform lighting for sheet music with a uniformity below 1.5*. Our optical has undergone hundreds of simulations to achieve the ideal lighting for grand pianos.

*Note* According to the Illuminating Engineering Society's standards, the target illuminance for a horizontal task surface (keyboard) should be at least 300 lux, while a vertical surface (sheet music) should be at least 500 lux. The uniformity ratio for both surfaces should be at least 2:1, with a lower ratio indicating better performance.
