      • We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. Please note items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

    • When will I receive my order?

      • It usually takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Date of delivery will vary depending on processing times and shipping location.

    • What are your warranty conditions?

    • New products

      New monitors and projectors have a 3-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on new units are warrantied for 2000 hours or 1 year, whichever is first.

       

      Refurbished products

      Refurbished units have a 1-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on these projectors are warrantied for 500 hours or 90 days, whichever expires first.

       

      Lighting Products

      All lighting products have a 1-year warranty period. Lighting products include the ScreenBar series, e-Reading Desk Lamp, e-Reading Floor Lamp, and the PianoLight.

    • What is your return policy?

      • Any product purchased on BenQ.com may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date with free shipping. Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

      • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for all orders. We do not accept checks or money orders.
