1) The touch panel of the interactive panel is functioning (USB HID required)
2) Connect the Host to the interactive panel with a USB cable (USB Touch port on the interactive

Please disable network standby mode, then the idle screen or guide screen will stay displayed. You can disable network standby model from web management > Advance Setting.
The changes are related to Macbook design. The resolution can be defined by changing the display setting of the Macbook:
(1) When "Default Retina Display" is selected, it will follow Macbook native resolution.
(2) When "BenQ InstaShow" is selected, it follows the native resolution of the connected display.
When your microphone and speaker are placed too close to each other, it is likely that your remote attendees will hear an echo. To fix echoes in the video conference, here are 3 things you can do:
1. You can use an all-in-one video bar or a microphone and speaker 2-in-1 soundbar device. These
devices have Echo Cancellation features that will solve this issue.
2. If you use the BenQ InstaShow Wireless Conferencing System in a large room and need a
standalone speaker, make sure the speaker uses the USB 2.0 interface.
3. Your network bandwidth speed should be at least 20Mbps.
