Why does my interactive flat panel (IFP) show white stripes onscreen or crash repeatedly when I try to enable iMirror via InstaShare from my iPhone or iPad?
The issue typically occurs due to an out of date iOS version on your iPhone or iPad. Make sure your device runs the latest version of iOS available. For iOS 12 and later, you need to use InstaShare app version 1.5.0 or later to resolve striping and crash issues.
A USB device or adapter dongle doesn’t work or interferes with other USB devices randomly. How can I make them work properly?
USB 3.0 has been found to cause interference that may hinder the performance of nearby wireless devices in the 2.4GHz band, including RF devices, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
For wireless devices in the 2.4GHz range, we suggest using the USB port on the front I/O. If the connected device's manual recommends a different USB port, do follow those guidelines.
For more details, please refer to the below white paper from Intel.
Why can't I pair my IAM (Identity and Access Management) account with AMS (Account Management System), DMS (Device Management Solution), or X-Sign Broadcast?
Currently, AMS, DMS, and X-Sign Broadcast may all only be paired to one unified IAM admin account. If different IAM admin accounts are used, pairing will fail. For example, if DMS is paired already to an IAM account, you won't be able to pair AMS or X-Sign Broadcast with a new IAM account unless other BenQ services (EX: DMS) are deleted. In essence, AMS, DMS, and X-Sign go together with one IAM account and all need to be unpaired to switch IAM account association.
If you would like to pair software with a new IAM account, please delete the devices in associated BenQ services (DMS, AMS, Broadcast) from the corresponding web site. If other BenQ services are deleted but still encounter a pairing issue, please record the MAC address and contact your local BenQ service center for further assistance.

(1) Log in to X-Sign broadcast with your admin account and find the IFP to update it to the latest version (V2.3).
(2) Delete the duplicate IFP that shows as online.
(3) The offline IFP will go online and take effect, and the cross-service binding mechanism will activate as well.
Why is my device still showing as "offline" after updating to X-Sign Broadcast V2.3?
(1) Log in to X-Sign Broadcast with your admin account and find the IFP then remove it.
(2) Log in to DMS Cloud with your admin account, find the IFP and remove it.
(3) Re-bind the IFP with the DMS Client app.
Why can't my device be bound to another admin account and is still showing as bound to the previous admin account?
(1) Login to your AMS Web using the admin account, then find the IFP and remove it.
(2) Login to your DMS Cloud with the admin account, then find the IFP and remove it.
(3) Do a factory reset on the IFP.
(4) Re-bind the IFP with the DMS Client app.
(5) Add the IFP to the AMS service again.
(6) Enable the AMS service on the IFP.

Why does Wi-Fi turn off automatically after I switch input source?
We suggest using the Wi-Fi dongle through a USB port on the rear of the device, marked as dedicated to that role. All other USB 3.0 ports do not store Wi-Fi settings and simply adjust based on input source, leading to a reset of Wi-Fi status. The dedicated port was designed to keep Wi-Fi settings stable.
