I found the speakers to be poor in quality. Luckly the mac Mini has a speaker inside. Something I didn't know. So I'll use those or earbuds instead of the speakers in the monitor. It would be nice if there were base an trebble adjustments as well as volume. It may help improve the sound. Visually, it rocks.

I have been now using this about a year as a second monitor to my Apple studio display for image editing. I love the screen surface its not flat and not glossy but a perfect non reflective crisp screen. Colors are fantastic and I say that using it next to the Apple studio display. The other thing I like is the thin Bezel which makes aclean sleek looking monitor.

I spent weeks researching different monitors and frankly being confused by all my choices. Finally chose BenQ because of tight compatibility with MacBook. Turns out I made the right choice. Installation was simple screen resolution is outstanding and I'm now tempted to add a second monitor. A second monitor makes good sense and would add to my productivity, but then there are all the new Apple toys.

After much research and deliberation, I went with the BenQ monitor to use with my new M2 Macbook, and I'm 97% happy with my purchase. +: Good size, I like that I can adjust the height, angles, and even whether the monitor is horizontal or vertical. -: Heavy af and the base is quite large. USB-C port on the side does not work with my laptop, and plugging things into the ports on the back of the monitor can be a pain. These are minor issues, though. The one issue I have that isn't minor is that the screen flickers every so often, causing me to need to unplug my laptop from the monitor and turn it off for an hour or two - super inconvenient when I'm trying to get work done. If the flickering isn't bad, I'll manage to ignore it long enough to do the work I need to do, then power down, but that isn't as frequent as the strong flickering. Do with the info as you will. Overall, I do like the monitor.

The colors and quality are very accurate and vivid. I use it with my Mac Studio. It’s a great alternative to the Mac retina. It’s the perfect Mac monitor for a great price. You won’t be disappointed!

This monitor was requested specifically by our UI designers for its color accuracy. They have thus far been very pleased with its color performance, veiwing angles, and brightness. The external control puck is nice too to make quick adjustments to the monitor without fiddlig around behind it with buttons you can't see.

This monitor is a great upgrade over my 23" Dell Monitor. I love the panel in back and how easily I can organize the cables. I also love how easy it is to use the KVM switch. Great monitor so far.

Returned new monitor unopened within return policy. No notification was received that the item had been received back at BenQ. Tried to call for 2 weeks and their customer service line stated that their offices were not open. This lasted for two weeks. Tried communication with their website chat, their records were not aligned with UPS, and stated that they had not yet received the returned item. FALSE, Item had been received well over a week prior ( on Feb 23rd, 2024)! Still no notification that my item was received, and a refund was being processed. Finally got to speak to a live person after 2 weeks of their phones down, and their records still did not have my item received yet. I had to provide them with the UPS delivery proof, and their employee’s name that had signed for it on Feb 23rd, 2024. This took place on March 4th, 2024. Customer service (via chat - Francisca) stated that their refund will take 2-3 weeks to get back! Only after I had to inform her that the item was received because she could not find it in their system again! 2-3 weeks is ridiculous to have to wait to get your money back! Not getting a notification that your item was received and refund being processed is ridiculous! Your customer service phone line being down for 1-2 weeks is ridiculous! Your tracking system and customer service failed! AND I still do not have my REFUND at 2 weeks! Do Better!
