[現象] :
1.網路已連線但無網際網路 (如下照片),若為有線網路則機身有線網路孔指示燈也不亮
2.開啟APP(如YouTube)欲播放影片,畫面轉圈圈或黑屏無法正常開啟App
3.開啟APP(如Google Play)欲播放影片,畫面出現"網路發生問題 重試" (如下照片)
[解決] :
Android TV裝置系統時間若非正確,會影響正常網路連線與影音播放
[排除步驟] :
1.BenQ大型液晶自我診斷 → 網路 → 網速測試
如網路有連線但測不到網速
2.進入 [設定] → [裝置偏好設定] → [日期與時間] → [自動設定日期與時間] → 選擇 [使用網路提供的時間] → 按 "OK"
*也可選擇手動方式將日期與時間設定為正確時間
3.回到 [設定] → [網路與網際網路] → 將[Wi-Fi]關閉再重啟動。
此時欲連線之SSID應會顯示已完成重新連線
4.進入 [設定] → [裝置偏好設定] → [日期與時間] 如日期與時間均已正確。
5.再回到Youtube、Netflix等app即可正常播放影片
如已按照上述步驟完成尚未排除
A. 將電視/數據機/網路分享器電源插頭下電後等待30秒再重新插上電後重新啟動
B. 恢復出廠設定
