1. 您使用的是隨附的音訊線。

2. 您的音頻線是CTIA音頻線。揚聲器僅支援符合 CTIA 規格的音訊線，所有其他音訊線將不支援揚聲器的麥克風功能。

如果您連接的是 Mac 或 iPad，請進入電腦/平板電腦的音訊選單，搜尋並選擇「外部耳機」作為輸入裝置。 如果您連接的是 Windows 筆記型電腦，請進入電腦的音訊輸入功能表並選擇電腦本身作為輸入裝置。 如果您連接的是桌上型電腦，則不支援此功能，因為大多數桌上型電腦不支援 CTIA 4 針音訊線。 揚聲器使用高靈敏度麥克風，因此請勿在距離揚聲器太近（5 公分以內）時使用揚聲器。在這樣的距離下，任何音量過高的聲音都可能會啟動揚聲器的保護機制，從而關閉麥克風的音訊。如果遇到這種情況，請中斷 3.5 公釐音訊線與裝置的連接，然後重新連接。
