Overview

New Year, New Game ("Event") is organized by BenQ America Corp. ("BenQ") and is applicable for purchases made within the Event period as defined below. You agree participation in this Event constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

By entering the Event, participants (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Event Period and Gifts

The Event begins on January 20, 2025 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on February 28, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PT, unless extended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the BenQ.

Free gifts will be provided at the time of purchase or shipped with the eligible product, as applicable.

Eligibility

The Event is open to all residents in the United States. This offer is not applicable to refurbished or used products. Purchases made outside the Event period are not eligible for this promotion. The offer is valid only while stocks last.

General Terms

This offer is limited to one free gift per eligible product purchased. Free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. BenQ reserves the right to substitute the free gift with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any additional costs, such as installation of the projector stand or ceiling mount, are the responsibility of the customer. Free gifts must be returned if the purchased products are returned.

Warranty

The free gifts are not covered under any warranty. BenQ will, however, provide reasonable assistance in case of issues with the free gifts.

Limitation of Liability

BenQ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the acceptance or use of the free gifts.

Amendments and Cancellation

BenQ reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

This Event and the Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.

Your Privacy

By attending this Event, you agree by default to receive emails from, or on behalf of, BenQ. Whenever you receive an email from BenQ, you will have the option of discontinuing any further emails.
