How do I sign up/log in as a BenQ member?

Are there any shipping fees?

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. Please note items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Date of delivery will vary depending on processing times and shipping location.

What are your warranty conditions?

New products

New monitors and projectors have a 3-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on new units are warrantied for 2000 hours or 1 year, whichever is first.

Refurbished products

Refurbished units have a 1-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on these projectors are warrantied for 500 hours or 90 days, whichever expires first.

Lighting Products

All lighting products have a 1-year warranty period. Lighting products include the ScreenBar series, e-Reading Desk Lamp, e-Reading Floor Lamp, and the PianoLight.

What is your return policy?

Any product purchased on BenQ.com may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date with free shipping. Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for all orders. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Do you provide a buy now pay later option for checkout?

WINNER SELECTION. seven (7) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries timely received by BenQ on October 7, 2024. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone by October 7, 2024. In order to claim the prize, the potential winner will be required, in BenQ’s sole discretion, to submit a copy of valid identification card and to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned to BenQ within five (5) days of the date of notification or a new, randomly selected winner will be chosen. In addition, if the potential winner does not respond to notification within five (5) days of the date of notification, a new, randomly selected winner will be chosen. Odds of winning are contingent upon the total number of valid entries received. In case of a dispute, the decision of BenQ America Corp. is final. BenQ is not responsible for any late or lost entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. If in BenQ’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, BenQ reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the BenQ web site.
