The lens shift knob could not be turned anymore after a clicking sound. What can I do to fix it?
If the clicking sound is heard during the adjustment, it is likely that the knob has passed its adjustment limit. Please stop adjusting it to avoid any unexpected damage and turn the knob in the opposite direction, at least to the last step before the click. If it doesn't work, please try to push down then turn the knob in the opposite direction.
