BenQ, the world’s No.1 DLP brand, introduces a full line of innovative projectors featuring the proprietary DLP high brightness laser technology for large venue applications. Combining high brightness, excellent image quality, installation flexibility and a maintenance-free laser light source, BenQ laser projectors enable immersive public displays and innovative visual communication in ways never before possible.
LU9915’s powerful laser projection utilizes a dual color wheel system to produce unparalleled color performance by increasing color ratios and purity of RGBY color, dramatically enhancing color saturation to ensure superior viewing experiences.
BenQ laser projectors directly control light output for faster response and strikingly clear images at a super-high contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1. Additionally there are automatic brightness adjustments to retain clarity and subtle details in dark scenes and balance in bright scenes.
With an impressive WUXGA (1920 x 1200) native resolution that far exceeds Full HD 1080p, BenQ’s LU9915 laser projector offers greater details and stunning image clarity when projecting high resolution images.
BenQ laser projectors are based on the absolute reliability of the 1-chip DLP design. The highly durable DLP chip can last over 100,000 hours without degradation, ensuring true-to-life colors and pristinely legible text over countless uses.
BenQ laser projectors deliver 20,000 hours of superior image quality and performance. The laser light source resists color decay over time, making BenQ laser projectors ideal for multiple blending projections without concern for adjacent projectors generating different levels of brightness after a period of operation.
BenQ laser projectors support continuous 24/7 operation and are suitable for public display applications in museums and exhibitions. Users can choose from three different light source modes to optimize energy consumption and extend the projector’s life up to 45,000 hours under Eco Mode.
BenQ laser projectors are designed with sealed laser modules and enclosed light engines to protect the DMD chip, color wheel sensor, laser bank, and other optical components. This lock-and-key design hermetically seals the engine from dust to prolong projector lifespan.
LU9915 employs two advanced cooling systems to ensure optimal thermal conduction during operation. The circulatory liquid cooling system protects the laser light bank and DMD chip even after constant operation in ambient temperatures up to 40°C (104°F,) while the heat pipe cooling system cools the Phosphor wheel. Additionally, the segmented cooling design separates laser light source, engine and control system into three independent wind ventilation sections. The segmented design enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the cooling system, effectively producing a comfortable sound with improved reliability and sustainability.
Laser technology guarantees reliable projection from any angle. Dynamic installation options such as 360° rotation and portrait orientation allow projection onto ceiling, walls, floors, or angled signage.
BenQ's LU9915 projector is compatible with eight kinds of lenses. These all-glass optics, made in Japan, eliminate chromatic aberration and color flare for the utmost image quality. Users can maximize installation options and projection layout with a quick one-button release. Changing lenses is now simple and secure.
LU9915 comes with a wide range of convenient systems to help further adjust projection for different purposes. The systems include motorized zoom, focus and horizontal/ vertical lens shift systems and the combination ensures the delivery of perfectly proportioned images despite installation or placement challenges in any venue. Customizable memory enables multiple settings to be conveniently recalled to optimize projection characteristics to a variety of content and application.
Edge blending is the brightness adjustment along the intersecting areas of adjacent images using multi-screen projections. The color matching function can then be used to calibrate any small differences in the color output profile of each projector. Moreover, LU9915 features Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) for enhanced multi-source projection.
LU9915 comes with intuitive projection adjustment features like Corner fit Surface fit to offer convenient control to form perfectly aligned images. Corner fit offers individual adjustment of each corner to ensure a precise display while surface fit enables alignment onto uniquely shaped or curved projection surfaces.
LU9915’s intelligent High Altitude Mode enables efficient cooling to properly maintain operating temperatures in high altitude environments with reduced air pressure in thinner atmospheres.
BlueCore laser projectors feature spontaneous response, requiring no wait to turn on or resume from blanking in true black for flexible performance capability.
Custom Light Mode modulates light power output from 20% to 100% at a 0.5% rate, optimizing the projected image in a variety of ambient lighting situations. It is especially useful for blending consistent brightness across multiple projections.

BenQ BlueCore laser projectors are compatible with mainstream control systems including Extron, Creston, AMX and PJ Link, enabling convenient system integration with various third-party components and reduced cost to centrally maintain multiple projectors.
Empowering administrators to efficiently perform day-to-day scheduling, operation, and maintenance, the BenQ Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) software’s dashboard enables powerful centralized monitoring, projector control, identification, and task management across an entire public display network from a single computer. The MDA can simplify routines such as opening and closing procedures in multiple halls, exhibitions, and meeting rooms via its scheduling features and remote power on/off capability.
The groundbreaking HDBaseT connectivity combines video, audio and device control signals from multiple sources including PCs, laptops, document cameras, Blu-rays, and DVDs onto a single CAT5 cable for seamless long-distance transmissions up to 100 meters.
The BenQ LU9915 BlueCore laser projector is comprehensively equipped with VGA, DVI, HDMI, LAN and 3G-SDI – widely used in the media and broadcast industry to transport uncompressed digital video signals – as well as one-cable HDBaseT technology for high-quality connections to a variety of devices and video sources.
Adhering to strict European regulations, networked standby power consumption is cut down to a mere 6 watts to reduce environmental impact and total cost of ownership. When in Standby Mode, power consumption is a minuscule 0.5 watts.
