Why does the 4K DLP Technology produce a slight high frequency noise?
In order to create smooth 4K resolution images, True 4K DLP Technology utilizes high speed pixel displacement and the superimposition of pixels to produce the 8.3 million pixels seen by the viewer. An end result of this process is a degree of vibration that may results in a slight or unnoticeable high-frequency noise.
What 3D effects or modes does the projector support?
The projector supports 3D Frame Sequential (PC), Frame Packing (Blu-ray), Side by Side 3D and Top & Bottom 3D (Streaming).
Does the projector support Dynamic Contrast? How is it turned on?

Yes, BenQ strongly recommends that you use a Light Rejecting Screen to achieve the best visual quality, especially in well-lit environments. A Light Rejecting Screen can increase the contrast, clarity, and overall visual quality of your TV projector. Darker environments allow for better visual quality.
What type of 4K HDR signal is compatible with the projector?

Can I use voice control on the projector?
Yes, it is possible to do so. The projector is embedded with Smart Control capabilities. Once installed on your smartphone, you can control the projector with your own mobile device and benefit from its intuitive UI. Please download “BenQ Smart Control” from App Store or Google Play.
Can I use voice control on the projector through Google Assistant?
Yes. Google Assistant can be used to access apps in areas where its available. The projector comes with a Bluetooth remote control. Make sure the remote control is connected to the projector via Bluetooth, and then hold the mic button on the remote control to start a voice search.
Will I be able to use my Chromecast / Amazon Fire / Roku / Apple TV?
