Early Bird Program Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions apply to the placing of pre-orders with BenQ Singapore. By ordering the MindDuo Study Lamp from our brand stores on Lazada, Shopee and Amazon, you agree to be bound by these terms.

◉ Pre-order reservation

You can pre-order MindDuo Lamp from BenQ brand store on Lazada, Shopee and Amazon. When placing your order, you are required to provide information, such as your address and billing information.

◉ Priority

Products that are pre-ordered and paid for during the period (5 September 2022 – 18 September 2022) will be delivered on a first-ordered, first-served basis upon product availability.

◉ Returns and defects

A return is acceptable if the product is damaged or faulty. A return due to change of mind reason will not be accepted once the parcel is opened. For more information, please chat with BenQ Shopee, Lazada online customer service.

◉ Cancellation

Cancellation of your order can only be done before the order is shipped. After the cancellation is completed, it can take up to 10 working days for the order amount to be refunded back to your account. More information can be found under the ‘Return Information’ on Lazada and Shopee.

◉ Force majeure

BenQ Singapore will not be held liable for any delays or problems that arise from circumstances beyond our control that we could not have avoided or overcome within reason.
