When your microphone and speaker are placed too close to each other, it is likely that your remote attendees will hear an echo. To fix echoes in the video conference, here are 3 things you can do:
1. You can use an all-in-one video bar or a microphone and speaker 2-in-1 soundbar device. These devices have Echo Cancellation features that will solve this issue.
2. If you use VS20 in a large room and need a standalone speaker, make sure the speaker uses the USB 2.0 interface.
3. Your network bandwidth speed should be at least 20Mbps.
