Why do I see black screen when I connect InstaShow RX HDMI output to telepresence system such as LifeSize ICON400 HDMI Laptop input?
Most HDMI input of telepresence video conference machine doesn't support HDCP. InstaShow RX has HDMI HDCP output as default setting. When displayed site doesn't support HDCP, the InstaShow RX will judge it as illegal output and block the HDMI output. BenQ has released a new firmware which supports displays that do not have HDCP function. Please contact your local BenQ call center for more information.

The approved environment temperature range for InstaShow/ InstaShow S in operation is 0~40 °C. The upper temperature limit of InstaShow/ InstaShow S TX and RX ambient is 95 °C.
