What challenges do you face as a fine art photographer, and how do you overcome them?

Main challenges are to push this style, because it is not popular or accepted as commercial or fashion, for example. Once you explain to people and when you create fine art fashion, it is really something else and innovative. People have to see it every day in order for their eyes to get used to it. Try communicating, creating and showing your art. This is the best way to show to people what you are offering.

How do you typically interact with your subjects on the shooting set?

Everything is about communication and meeting the subject/concept. Exploring every aspect of a story and emotion and talking to the model through the whole process. Best way of showing the pose for them is to recreate something that they have done before. For example, remember when you first time saw this or that, now be surprised!

Do you have any advice for someone learning photography? What would you like to say to those aspiring to become photographers?

First, you need a wish to become a photographer, to really want that. Why do you want to become one? To share a story, to inspire people, to reach somebody, what is your goal? Believing in yourself is very important. During the process you meet many different people, you have to know what you are offering and trust you. And at the end - create every day, even small pieces! Idea you see today will be a whole new idea in 5 days.

Have you ever had any creative bottlenecks?

Yes, sometimes. I let myself rest a few days and start doing one by one thing. You have to organize yourself: what you are doing for your personal work and for clients.
