This function is only working with Windows PC/Laptop which is designed with and has PgUP and PgDn keys. HDMI (designed with MHL function) and USB Mini-B connection are required from the projector to your Windows PC/Laptop.

(1) Make sure your Windows device supports Miracast by checking the information that came with it
or by going to the manufacturer's website.
(2) Check the firewall settings on your office PC: Please add a firewall rule with a source and
destination for ports 7236, 53, 67, and 68 using the IP address 192.168.168.1 to allow screen
mirroring.
(3) On your PC, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
(4) To remove the device, select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
(5) Move your Windows device closer to QP30 - QCast Mirror HDMI Wireless Dongle

1. Please disable Legacy Wi-Fi mode in the advanced settings menu for QP30.
2. If the problem persists after step 1, scan the network status with a Wi-Fi channel analyzer and
make sure that not too many devices are allocated to the same channel.
