FAQ: What if the image is blurry or unfocused?

ideaCam is able to focus in manual or auto modes. Be sure the correct focus mode is selected in Enspire and the front lens is clean.

1. Ensure the lens on your ideaCam is clean. With a dry microfiber cloth, rub the lens clean.

2. When working with Enspire, ideaCam can focus automatically or manually. In the Enspire app, toggle between the two focus modes using the selector button at the bottom-right of your screen. Alternatively, you may toggle between focus modes with the tap of a finger using the ideaCam's remote control puck. 

3. Ensure you are shooting in a well-lit environment.
