If your speaker is not producing any sound, please ensure that:
- You have disconnected the audio cable from the speaker.
- The volume level on the speaker is not at its lowest.
- You have increased the volume level on the Bluetooth device.
- The device is already connected to the speaker, and then check that “treVolo U” is selected in the Bluetooth device list.
- To use the speaker to play music and sound for content on your PC, enter the audio menu of your PC and select the PC itself as the microphone and “treVolo U stereo” as the speaker.
- To use the speaker for online courses or calls on your PC, enter the audio menu of your PC and select “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio” as the microphone and “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio” as the speaker.
If your microphone is not working, please ensure that:
- The device is already connected to the speaker, and then check that “treVolo U” is selected in the Bluetooth device list.
- If you are using a PC to connect to the speaker, in the audio menu of the PC select “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio” as the microphone and select “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio” as the speaker.
- If the microphone is still unable to receive audio, use an audio cable to connect to the speaker.
