Please check these solutions:
- The Bluetooth LED on the speaker is flashing blue indicating that the speaker is discoverable.
- Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- The Bluetooth device is not too far away from the speaker, and if so try moving the device closer to the speaker.
- Turn off your device, turn it back on again, and then connect to the speaker.
- Turn off all other adjacent Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth functionality if possible.
- Delete “treVolo U” from the Bluetooth device list on your device and then re-pair and reconnect the device to the speaker again.
- Disconnect all cables from the speaker and then press and hold the power button on the speaker for at least 10 seconds to perform a hard reset on the speaker. Once finished, re-pair and connect the device to the speaker again.
