Why doesn't my monitor wake up when I press the controller keys of the BenQ HotKey Puck G1/G2?

The monitor must receive video input from the desktop/laptop to wake up from sleep mode. 

Pressing any keys on HotKey Puck won't wake the monitor up.

Applicable Models

PD2720U, SW270C , SW271C , SW321C
