Why can't I use the networking ports on the GR10?

For Windows OS:

Please first refresh all devices in Device Manager in Windows. If it still doesn't work, please check if there are any restrictions due to security issues with your company laptop.

For macOS: 

1. Click the Apple icon.

2. Click "About This Mac".

3. Click "System Report".

4. Check under Hardware to see whether the device is listed and there isn't an
    error. 

You may need to refresh the System Information page after you plug in your device.  To do so, press Command + R with the System Information page open.
