Why can't GR10 fast charge my portable monitor?

The downstream USB-C port of the GR10 only provides 7.5 watts of power output and cannot fast-charge portable monitors; it only provides slow charging. If fast charging is needed, please connect the portable monitor to another power adapter that supports fast charging.
