Mr. Ion Iliescu, Romania's President, visits Acer stand at CERF 2001 in Romania

Acer, together with its Distributor, Tornado Sistems, attended the biggest Romanian IT Fair, CERF 2001, held between 8th and 12th of May in Bucharest. With this ocassion, Acer Group had shown again its commitment to the Eastern European market (consisting of 19 countries), which is one of the fastest developing markets, with a big potential for further growth. The interest for this Fair was very big, taking in consideration that even the President of Romania, Mr. Ion Iliescu, accompanied by some other officials was visiting the Fair and also spent some time discussing about the prospects of the IT business with the Marketing Manager, Mr. John Cusa at Acer's stand.
