BenQ announces new SW240 Colour Accurate Monitor and the revolutionary “Accurate Colour On the Go™” Concept

Sydney, Australia, July 11, 2018 – BenQ Australia as part of BenQ Corp, internationally renowned provider of digital lifestyle devices introduces the SW240, a 24” 99% Adobe RGB colour accurate monitor. Alongside the SW240 Monitor, the team at BenQ Australia are also revealing their exciting new “Accurate Colour On the Go™” prototype. BenQ Australia have been developing a myriad of optional accessories such as; Hard Carry Case, Soft Case, Battery Pack, Soft Shading Hood and Tripod Mounting Kit to help deliver a truly “On the Go” solution for photographers.

The SW240 is the new little brother to BenQ’s widely popular SW2700PT model. It’s slightly smaller in size, but still a powerhouse in its own right. A 24” 1920x1200 IPS colour accurate monitor offering both 99% Adobe RGB colour space and 10-bit colour display. It utilises an advanced 14-bit 3D LUT to achieve Delta E values of two or better and also supports hardware calibration with BenQ’s exclusive calibration software - Palette Master Elements. The SW240’s new inbuilt OSD hotkey (Colour Mode HotKey) allows you to switch colour modes on the fly, along with the “One-Press” quick release button on the rear of the panel that opens up the world for “Accurate Colour On the Go™". The SW240 also features ultra slim edge-to-edge bezels, allowing photographers to set up a seamless dual-monitor workspace.
